These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SaveCostsPilot ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide AI-powered cost optimization audits for SaaS and cloud expenses. Reports are delivered digitally, typically within 48 hours after we receive your completed questionnaire and payment.

2. Ordering & Payments

• Fees are due upfront via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). Taxes may apply.
• The $149 AI Audit is a one-time fee for an automated report.
• The Expert Audit is available as an optional upgrade; if you purchased the AI Audit, you may upgrade for $350.

3. Refunds

Because our reports are digital and delivered quickly, refunds are not guaranteed once a report has been delivered. If you believe there is a material error, contact us within 7 days so we can review.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information needed to perform the audit.
• Use the report lawfully and in compliance with applicable contracts and policies.
• You are responsible for decisions you make based on the report.

5. Confidentiality & Data

We handle customer data confidentially and according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. We may use aggregated, anonymized insights to improve our services.

6. Intellectual Property

We own all rights in the website, templates, and software. You own your data. You receive a license to use the delivered report within your organization.

7. Disclaimers

Reports contain estimates and recommendations based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee specific savings. Third‑party services are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Courts in Zurich, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction.
